offers an amazing getaway from hustleand bustle of everyday life. What do you
have in mind? A romantic weekend? A family vacation? Or, a weekend getaway with
friends? We recommend escaping to the Blue Ridge Mountains in the beautiful
Shenandoah Valley.
Like our other
four properties, Hot
Tub Heaven #5, is located on Blue Mountain in Linden, Virginia
and is open year round. Surrounded by
the Blue Ridge Mountains in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley
it offers full-size beds in the two bedrooms and one and half bathrooms... A
 fully
equipped, modern kitchen, board games, and on the deck are a picnic table, a grill
for cookouts & a wonderful six-person hot tub...
Plus, dogs are welcome!
The Chlaet is located only minutes from Shenandoah National Park,
Sky Meadows State Park, and the start of Skyline Drive... Plus,
it is just a few hundred feet from the Appalachian Trail!
You
will also enjoy access to our community's Deer Lake (picture)
- enjoy fishing and swimming right down the road from the Chalet. Each season
of the year has its own charm and attractions.... Canoeing, hiking, horseback
riding, kayaking, antiquing, golfing and fishing. We look forward to accommodating
you on a very special mountain getaway. 
Now at Hot Tub Heaven we offer... Onsite Massage
Therapy! Massage services offered... Therapist will
travel to you - to your Chalet! This is a real treat and would make a great

$514.00 - Weekend Stay (Friday & Saturday, or Saturday & Sunday - 2 nights)
$350.00 - Mid-week Stay (Sunday through Thursday
- any 2 nights)
$700.00 - Mini-week Stay (Monday through Friday, or Sunday through Thursday
- 4 nights)
$1228.00 - Full-week Stay (Any seven nights
but cannot start on Saturdays - 7 nights)
$20.00 - Pet Fee (for up to 2 dogs, per night;
more than two dogs is $10 per dog per night)

policies...
• 50% deposit due upon scheduling reservation.
• Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in.
(We will run the remaining balance automatically on this day.)
• If you schedule a reservation within 30 days of your check-in date -
the full balance will be due AND the reservation cannot be canceled.
• A 2% county lodging tax will be added to the total.
• You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival.
• Your deposit will be refunded, less a 10% cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival you will not receive a refund.
• Some holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay.
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted.
• Signed Rental Agreement will be required.
