2 Night Minimum Stay Required
$514.00 - Weekend Stay (Friday & Saturday, or Saturday & Sunday - 2 nights)
$350.00 - Mid-week Stay (Sunday through Thursday - any 2 nights)
$700.00 - Mini-week Stay (Monday through Friday, or Sunday through Thursday - 4 nights)
$1228.00 - Full-week Stay (Any seven nights but cannot start on Saturdays - 7 nights)
$20.00 - Pet Fee (for up to 2 dogs, per night; more than two dogs is $10 per dog per night)

Our policies...
• 50% deposit due upon scheduling reservation.
• Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in.
(We will run the remaining balance automatically on this day.)
• If you schedule a reservation within 30 days of your check-in date -
the full balance will be due AND the reservation cannot be canceled.
• A 2% county lodging tax will be added to the total.
• You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival.
• Your deposit will be refunded, less a 10% cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival you will not receive a refund.
• Some holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay.

The Maendlers Family

We loved this Chalet and it was so perfect for our family of four.  The attention to detail and all the extra amenities were awesome and at the end of each day we couldn't wait to get back.  We loved the lights around the deck and the hanging lanterns.  The hot tub was awesome.  The open layout of the main living area is perfect!  We loved the area and this was a great, relaxing, holiday weekend for all of us!   Thank you so much for all the extra care you put into this place.  We'll be back soon! !
